Bilingual Administrative Assistant

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the janitorial and facilities management team within the Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry, with a strong emphasis on payroll processing, high-volume data entry, and financial accuracy. This position ensures timely and precise handling of employee timekeeping, payroll inputs, billing data, and compliance documentation while maintaining smooth administrative operations and effective communication between staff, vendors, ABM leadership, and client stakeholders. Pay: $25 - $30 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
