Lean Program Lead — Operational Excellence & Supply Chain

Walgreens is seeking a Lean Program Supervisor to oversee onsite Lean deployment at our distribution center. You will lead the deployment, sustainment, and education of Lean, ensure continuous improvement ideas are captured, tracked, and shared with site leadership to close the communication loop. You will mentor the Lean Captains, run the DC Lean Captain program, coordinate Kaizen events, and drive process improvements across tiers.
