This is an in office position.RESPONSIBILITIESReview and Process orders via fax and electronic platformsMake outbound calls to patients and referrals as neededUtilize tools and resources to assist in order entryUse full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patientsCommunicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Perform other duties as requiredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent required1-2 years of customer service experience requiredCall center experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILIITESExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platformsAbility to learn Byram products and therapiesStrong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concernsDemonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience#AccendraHealthTeammate BenefitsAs an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
