What Makes This Role Different Flexible scheduling that actually supports your life Start part-time with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time role beginning in January Gradual caseload growth for a smooth, sustainable transition Strong administrative support so you can focus on being a therapist Collaborative, team-first environment Assessments, treatment materials, and other clinical resources provided Company-provided scrubs Responsibilities Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations using standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans Provide in-home and/or school-based therapy sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover and generalization of skills Maintain clear, timely documentation to track client progress Communicate and collaborate with schools and other professionals as appropriate Requirements Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania license in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients\' homes and schools throughout our Main Line service area Experience working with pediatric clients preferred Please note: This position is for an experienced, fully licensed SLP and is not available as a Clinical Fellowship position.
