About the Role:
Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management & is dedicated to being a premier resident-focused care provider through the delivery of the highest quality personal care services in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing . In this leadership role, Assistant Director of Nursing will play a vital part in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents.
Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing, ensuring seamless communication and efficient daily operations
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless referrals and transitions
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and professional standards
Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Experience as a registered nurse, with a strong background in long-term care
Strong leadership and administrative skills, with experience in supervising nursing staff
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care and promoting a positive, resident-focused culture
