Job Summary Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Job Description This job is integral to providing analytical support for pricing and inventory decisions. It involves detailed data analysis, strategic rate card assessments, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role optimizes inventory practices and plays a part in shaping pricing strategies, operating with minimal guidance. Responsibilities Analyzing pricing structures and market data to develop recommendations for advertising sales strategies Providing primary analysis for pricing, supporting cross‑functional teams with monetization insights Evaluating rate card effectiveness and advising on pricing methodology enhancements Utilizing and recommending improvements for inventory management tools to optimize usage Contributing feedback for system enhancements to streamline pricing and inventory processes Compiling and presenting yield reports to assist sales team initiatives and drive business decisions Coordinating data collection and analysis to support actionable recommendations on pricing and inventory Addressing ad‑hoc pricing and inventory queries and contributing to the refinement of related practices Collaborating with sales and marketing to analyze and adjust inventory levels based on forecasted demand Tracking industry pricing trends to maintain market positioning and inform strategic adjustments Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Additional Range: This job can be performed in New York City with a pay range of $60,412.80 - $108,743.04. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
