Pediatric Cardiac ICU Nurse Practitioner

Salary: $121,000 - 185,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking an APP/NP for a Pediatric Cardiac ICU role.
• We are looking for candidates available to start as soon as possible.
• We offer a compensation range of $121,000 to $185,000.
• Qualified full-time candidates may be eligible for a total sign-on package of up to $25,000, including a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for those living more than 100 miles from Nashville.

• We care for critically ill children with heart disease in our dedicated 23-bed Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
• We support patients with congenital and acquired heart conditions, including those recovering from cardiac surgery.
• We collaborate with physicians, nursing, respiratory therapy, social work, case management, and child life to deliver coordinated care.
• We contribute to a fast-paced, teamwork-driven unit focused on safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based cardiac critical care.
