Business Development Manager
Core Personnel Staffing Services
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships in the light industrial, hospitality, event staffing, and general clerical verticals. This role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction to meet revenue and profitability goals. Qualifications Required: Atleast 2 years of staffing industry experience in light industrial sector. Strong understanding of the light industrial sector and staffing industry. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with strong goal-orientation and resilience. Excellent, clear and concise communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Bullhorn, or equivalent). Preferred: Experience in workforce solutions, managed services, or vendor management. Knowledge of compliance regulations related to staffing (OSHA, EEOC, FLSA). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Proven track record in B2B sales within the staffing industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
