Front Desk Agent - Part-Time (Seasonal)

Property Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is nestled high atop the majestic San Bernardino Mountains at an elevation of 5,174 feet. The resort surrounds guests with Ponderosa pines and provides exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead, a 780‑acre reservoir. Activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and zip‑lining. The resort features a Bar & Restaurant, Spa & Wellness Center, Outdoor Pool & Lake Beach, and over 23,000 sq. ft. of meeting and events space. Responsibilities The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests. Duties include: Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted, and accurate information is established. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging sincerely and creating memorable first impressions. Resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right. Promote and sell special hotel programs. Assist other departments by sharing necessary information and maintaining house bank and cash procedures. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty and follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Stand for the duration of the shift and be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong desire to make an impact on other people. Outgoing and engaging personality. Computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Compensation USD 17.50 – 17.50 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
