val's services is seeking a Lead 3D Artist to guide a new mobile game project, shaping art direction and delivering high-quality 3D assets. You will mentor a small team, define pipelines, and collaborate with engineers and designers to realize the game's vision.

You bring 10+ years in 3D game art, strong Maya and ZBrush skills, Unity experience, and a deep understanding of environment and character design, anatomy, lighting, and composition while leading cross-discipline reviews in a fully
