HR Generalist — Growth Role in Global Team

Pavion Corp is seeking an HR Generalist to join our corporate HR team. You will play a backbone role in handling the employee lifecycle—onboarding, job changes, transfers, and offboarding—and manage data in the UKG HRIS system. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners on projects in reward, recognition, surveys, and performance management.
