ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSE (APRN)-– NEUROLOGY Location: Tallahassee, FL Salary & Bonus: $85,000–$100,000 base salary + quarterly bonus Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, employer-paid life and disability insurance, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM Our client is an established neurological practice serving North Florida and South Georgia and is expanding its Department of Neurology. They are seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is interested in developing or advancing a career in neurology. This position offers comprehensive training and mentoring from board-certified neurologists, making it an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates with a strong interest in neuroscience. What You'll Do Perform detailed neurological histories and focused physical and cognitive examinations Order, interpret, and integrate neuro-diagnostic studies into patient care plans Manage common neurological conditions, including migraines, epilepsy, neuropathy, and movement disorders, under physician supervision Educate patients and families regarding neurological conditions, medications, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications Collaborate closely with neurologists and other members of the clinical care team Document patient encounters promptly and accurately using Athena Practice EMR Help ensure continuity of care across clinical settings Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based neurological care and treatment practices What You Bring Current Florida APRN license Current national board certification Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills Excellent patient-centered communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development Strong interest in neurology and neuroscience Preferred Prior neurology experience or clinical exposure Approximately two years of neurology experience preferred New graduates with a strong interest in neuroscience are encouraged to apply Compensation And Benefits $85,000–$100,000 annual base salary Production-based quarterly bonus program Medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple coverage options Employer-paid basic life insurance with voluntary supplemental options Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match available after one year of service Paid Time Off beginning to accrue after 30 days Annual CME allowance for continuing education and licensure Employer-paid malpractice liability coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
