Key Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Pedi Horizons Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough physical examinations to assess the health of patients from infancy to young adulthood.
• Accurately recording and maintaining detailed patient medical histories and symptoms.
• Diagnosing and managing a range of pediatric health issues, from routine developmental checks to the treatment of acute illnesses.
• Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans, collaborating with families to ensure adherence and understanding.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, effectively communicating results and recommendations to parents.
• Administering treatments and medications, closely monitoring patients' responses to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily involves providing care to a diverse population of pediatric patients, from newborns to young adults (ages 0-18). Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
