Job Title: Banking Operations Specialist
Location: Phoenix AZ 85034- 100% ONSITE
Duration - 12 months contract to hire, possibility of extension or conversion
Schedule- 5 Days a Week
Pay rate - $21/hr on W2- Weekly Payout

Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate booking and funding of commercial bilateral loans. Ensures timely setup and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, client records, and indicative data. Performs complex loan administration transactions while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

• Book and fund commercial bilateral loan transactions.
• Set up and maintain billing schedules, pricing options, and client records.
• Process complex loan administration transactions accurately and on time.
• Review loan documentation to ensure accurate booking and funding.
• Perform loan payment administration, system reconciliation, and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Communicate with document administrators, attorneys, and internal business partners.
• Maintain accurate loan and client data.
• Work independently with limited supervision while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Previous banking experience.
• Knowledge of credit agreements or legal loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret loan documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Financial Booking experience.
• Commercial loan experience.
• Loan IQ experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
