Job Description Elevare Branding is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support a team in achieving operational and performance goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys motivating others, organizing workflows, and ensuring that daily activities are completed efficiently and professionally. The Team Leader will play a key role in maintaining productivity, fostering collaboration, and helping team members succeed while contributing to the continued growth of the organization. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve daily and weekly objectives Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule Monitor performance and provide guidance to help improve productivity and quality Facilitate communication between team members and management Assist with onboarding and training of new team members Maintain a positive and professional team environment Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency Qualifications Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Additional Information Competitive salary ($51,000 – $56,000 per year) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Skill development and leadership training Stable full-time position within a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
