Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefitssuch as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonusmay vary by position. The surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the property
- Utilize computer based software to generate documents
- Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure integrity on the games
- Observe and record count room activities such as table game drops, bill validator drops in protection of company assets until all are accurately and properly accounted for
- Observe and record cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets and other casino related instruments used on a daily basis
- Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor
- Report violations of company policy, procedure, or internal controls
- Receive testing on a quarterly basis
- Reach specific performance goals at one year and maintain
- Take photographs for purpose of proper documentation of incidents and events
- Report illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of management
- Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls

- Must be age 21
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
