We’re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping manager to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocols, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply.

$18 per hour

• Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed
• Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
• Supervise housekeeping staff as they perform daily assignments, including cleaning all guest rooms and public areas
• Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies

• Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory, and manage the department budget
• Hire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to meet our expectations
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
• Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas
• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as necessary
• Keep a record of areas cleaned by room attendants and make a note of any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests
• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items, and any damage or repairs needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby

• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED)
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position
• 2+ years of hospitality or guest services experience
• Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills

• Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish) and effectively communicate in both languages
