We are looking for a hands-on SEO leader who deeply understands the full organic search ecosystem—someone who can architect high-level strategy while bringing the technical expertise needed to guide execution.You will completely own our organic growth strategy across traditional search, AI-driven search platforms, technical SEO, local search, content optimization, digital PR, listings management, and organic conversion performance. Initially, you will establish our systems, SOPs, and roadmap, directly guiding and managing our SEO Manager and supporting resources to scale our digital footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Leadership & StrategyDevelop and own the company’s comprehensive SEO and organic growth strategy.Build a 12–18 month SEO roadmap based on opportunity, competitive landscape, business priorities, and expected impact.Establish organic search KPIs and communicate performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities to executive leadership.Own the SEO budget, including technology, software, content resources, digital PR, contractors, and outside vendors when appropriate.Develop forecasts for organic traffic, leads, rankings, visibility, and business impact.Prioritize SEO initiatives based on business value rather than rankings or traffic alone.Build the internal SEO department, including processes, SOPs, reporting structures, accountability, and quality-control standards.Manage and develop the SEO Manager and additional SEO support resources.Technical SEOOwn the technical SEO strategy for All In Solutions.com and future digital properties.Regularly audit website architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, canonicalization, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots directives, and duplicate content.Monitor and develop strategies to improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.Identify technical SEO issues and work directly with development and technology teams to prioritize and resolve them.Guide implementation and validation of structured data/schema markup.Evaluate site architecture and URL structure as new locations, markets, treatment programs, and content areas are introduced.Oversee SEO requirements during website redesigns, migrations, technology changes, and major site releases.Maintain processes for ongoing technical monitoring and issue detection.Content & On-Page SEODevelop a comprehensive keyword and topic strategy across treatment services, conditions, substances, locations, informational searches, and other relevant search opportunities.Analyze search intent and map keyword opportunities to appropriate pages and content types.Establish standards for SEO content briefs, page templates, headings, title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, calls to action, and content structure.Identify content gaps and competitive opportunities.Develop topic clusters and supporting content strategies that strengthen topical authority.Oversee optimization and expansion of existing high-value pages.Work with clinical, editorial, compliance, and marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, useful, trustworthy, and aligned with the company’s standards.Build a recurring content-refresh and content-pruning strategy based on performance.Local SEO & Listings ManagementOwn the local SEO strategy for all current and future All In Solutions treatment locations.Optimize Google Business Profiles and other important local business listings.Establish processes to maintain accurate name, address, phone, hours, categories, services, URLs, photos, and other business information across listings.Develop location-page strategies designed to increase visibility for high-value local searches.Monitor local rankings, Google Maps visibility, competitor activity, and local search performance.Identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship between location pages, service pages, Google Business Profiles, and local search results.Establish listing-management processes as new facilities and markets are added.Work with appropriate internal teams to monitor online reputation and ensure reviews are routed and handled according to company policies.AI Search & Generative Search VisibilityDevelop All In Solutions’ strategy for visibility within AI-driven search experiences.Monitor visibility across Google AI search experiences and other major AI answer platforms.Track when and how All In Solutions and competitors are referenced, cited, recommended, or omitted in AI-generated answers.Identify content, entity, authority, technical, and information gaps that may limit AI-search visibility.Ensure content is clearly structured and provides authoritative, useful answers to the questions prospective clients and families are asking.Strengthen brand and entity signals across the company’s website and third-party sources.Incorporate AI-search visibility into the broader SEO roadmap rather than treating it as an isolated marketing channel.Develop reporting that tracks emerging AI search visibility alongside traditional organic search performance.Off-Page SEO, Backlinks & Digital PRDevelop a sustainable off-page SEO strategy focused on strengthening the authority of the All In Solutions brand and website.Identify opportunities for high-quality editorial backlinks, citations, brand mentions, and industry references.Build a digital PR strategy around original data, expert commentary, company initiatives, research, educational resources, and other link-worthy assets.Develop relationships and outreach strategies involving relevant publishers, journalists, organizations, associations, and partners.Monitor backlink growth, quality, relevance, and competitor backlink activity.Identify and reclaim broken backlinks and unlinked brand mentions.Evaluate backlink vendors and outside partners to ensure practices are consistent with search engine guidelines.Avoid manipulative or high-risk link-building practices that could negatively impact the domain.Analytics, Attribution & ForecastingEstablish SEO measurement and reporting using platforms including GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, call tracking, CRM data, rank tracking, and SEO platforms.Build executive-level dashboards that connect organic visibility and traffic to meaningful business outcomes.Monitor rankings, impressions, clicks, organic leads, calls, forms, conversion rates, and other agreed-upon KPIs.Develop SEO attribution methodologies to better understand organic search’s contribution to admissions and revenue.Forecast expected impact from major SEO initiatives.Analyze competitors and market share across traditional organic, local, and emerging AI search results.Provide clear monthly and quarterly performance reporting to leadership.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationManage the SEO Manager and establish clear ownership and accountability.Determine which SEO activities should remain in-house and when specialized outside resources are appropriate.Train internal support staff to perform repeatable SEO tasks.Partner closely with content, web development, marketing, admissions, operations, clinical leadership, and executive leadership.Translate complex SEO issues into clear business recommendations.Build a culture of testing, measurement, accountability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsExperience & Leadership: 7+ years of progressive SEO experience with significant hands-on responsibility, previous management or team-lead experience, and prior success leading SEO strategy for a meaningful website or portfolio of websites.Proven Growth & Business Strategy: Demonstrated success increasing organic visibility, qualified traffic, leads, or revenue, backed by strong analytical skills, forecasting capabilities, and the ability to present strategy and performance to executive leadership.Technical SEO & Engineering Collaboration: Strong technical SEO knowledge, with the ability to work effectively alongside developers and understand complex technical SEO implementations.Content & On-Page Strategy: Advanced knowledge of keyword research, content SEO, on-page optimization, internal linking, and aligning search intent with user experience.Local SEO, Off-Page & Digital PR: Meaningful experience with local SEO and Google Business Profiles, paired with proven experience in link acquisition, digital PR, and off-page visibility strategies.SEO Toolkit & Analytics: Strong understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, rank-tracking platforms, and SEO analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, or comparable platforms.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex SEO data into clear recommendations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsIndustry & Location Complexity: Multi-location SEO experience, ideally within healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or another highly competitive and regulated industry.Department Building & In-Sourcing: Proven experience building an SEO department from the ground up or bringing agency-led SEO capabilities in-house.Revenue Attribution & Business Intelligence: Track record of connecting organic search performance directly with call tracking, CRM data, lead generation, and bottom-line revenue.Budget & Vendor Management: Experience managing significant SEO budgets, alongside evaluating
