The Children’s Place in Kansas City is now hiring for the full-time position of HR & Payroll Administrator. Do you love working with processes and data while making a difference for young children? The Children’s Place is seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Administrator to manage payroll administration and support human resources functions. What You'll Do Support recruitment efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule. Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and payroll requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, (years of experience or HR certification(s) may be considered in place of a bachelor’s degree). Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist or comparable position. Minimum of 2 years’ experience administering Payroll- ADP experience preferred but not required.
