About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to lead the development and execution of a robust demand engine. This executive will be responsible for owning the global campaign strategy, setting and delivering pipeline targets, and building the demand budget. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, particularly in running demand across diverse markets and leading a sales development organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of designing and scaling ABM programs, and will have a strong background in partner and customer marketing. Experience in owning an events portfolio and a deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign ROI are essential. The role also requires a hands-on approach to modern demand stack and AI tools, with a clear vision of their application in demand generation. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Demand Generation role at the company will have at least 15 years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). They should be adept at leading a global organization, building strong partnerships with sales, and fostering a culture of innovation and growth. The role is not for a channel specialist or a program manager, but for a general manager of demand who is comfortable being accountable to targets and is direct in their approach to problem-solving. The candidate should be genuinely curious about AI and have already integrated it into their work. A key aspect of the role is the ability to lead a team with a shared vision, and to represent the demand engine to the executive team with a clear account of its performance and future strategies.
