ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member in Florida. I'm a graduate of Southern Virginia University with a degree in Business Management and hold multiple insurance and financial services licenses. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our four children, playing sports, boating, being outdoors, and staying active in our church.

Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. Our agency proudly supports the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce, Caroline County Little League, Caroline County Public Schools, the Caroline County Sheriff's Office, and local social services programs. We also created two annual "Lifting Up" Scholarships to recognize local high school students who make a positive impact through kindness, leadership, and service.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Matt Brandt - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
• Willing to accept part-time or full-time individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prefer bilingual - Spanish speaking
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Must be willing to obtain or already have Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
