Analytics Manager - 100% Remote

An industrial real estate supply chain platform we have one of the largest portfolios of industrial space in the US, with over 400 million square feet of high-quality, well-located industrial assets. We actively construct and manage our portfolio to benefit from the shift in consumer expectations for the rapid and direct delivery of goods and the related surge in demand for real estate that addresses the need for "last-mile" distribution. A critical component of our Company's growth is the build out of our financial and data analytics capabilities. As an Analytics Manager at Link, you will engage with friendly, driven people that have both excitement and a large appetite for data. Your team's analytics and dashboards will have a large impact on people's day-to-day lives and the overall growth of the company. You'll love that your expertise and position as a leader in our nascent data community will upskill and empower both your team and domain experts embedded in several lines of business.

Responsibilities:

Be a leader in data visualization theory, driving the development of actionable, high-quality dashboards and analytics that will support the business for years to come
Develop deep relationships with business leaders and nontechnical domain experts, to move initiatives through discovery and implementation
Be a leader in current internal organizations: the Data Governance Council and the PowerBI and Visualization Guild
Drive adoption of analytics best practices
Manage skills, performance, and career progression of your team of 10-15 analysts

Qualifications:

7+ years experience analytic – data analysis
2+ years management experience
Expert in analytical SQL
Expert in PowerBI – strong data visualization theory and development experience

Nice to Have's

Experience with modern data warehouses – Snowflake preferred – Redshift, GBQ, Databricks, +
Experience with analytics tools – Looker, Qlik
Experience with GeoData and geo tools, ArcGIS, Mapbox,
