Operations Analyst

Role Description
The Operations Analyst will support cross-functional teams responsible for driving efficient processing of automated workflows.
- Monitor and maintain operations workflows, ensuring that processing and service level targets are met.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate the identification and resolution of issues with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate status changes to external stakeholders.
- Assist in generating, reviewing, analyzing, and potentially creating operational reports and queries to monitor metrics associated with the success of automated workflows.
- Work with stakeholders to understand pain points, assess enhancement requests, and monitor existing requests.
Qualifications
- Previous operations experience.
- DevOps.
- Deep analytical skills and ability to formulate data-driven recommendations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Data analysis experience (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python).
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in business operations, project management, or data analytics - prior experience as an ops lead preferred.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Blueworks Live, Confluence).
- Experience implementing solutions that utilize robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing (NLP), or Hyperscience.
