We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required: Current NYS registration as a registered professional nurse.Knowledge Skills, Education & Experience Required: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, Workday, and Excel. • Effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills. • Self-direction, creativity, initiative to develop/enhance educational programs. • Leadership ability and working knowledge of leadership principles and management skills. • Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification required. • Advanced Life Support Provider Certification required. Responsibilities for the Director of Critical Care include: • Directing human & fiscal resources for the ER • Providing clinical leadership & oversight for the ER • Developing & implementing performance improvement initiatives.
