Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker who enjoys supplier negotiations, finding creative solutions, and driving cost savings? We're seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join a growing team supporting customers in highly regulated and technically advanced manufacturing environments. In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to source products, evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and identify opportunities to improve costs, quality, and lead times. You’ll help deliver innovative solutions while supporting customers across a range of industries including semiconductor, life sciences, medical device, and advanced manufacturing. What is the Job: Source products and identify qualified suppliers to support customer requirements and business objectives Evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and overall performance Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules Support customer-facing teams by researching products and providing sourcing solutions Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop alternative sourcing strategies Conduct market research and spend analysis to drive supplier improvements and savings initiatives Manage RFQs, tenders, and supplier inquiries from initial request through final decision Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth Develop expertise in product offerings, supplier capabilities, and market trends What is Needed: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Experience evaluating and selecting suppliers Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ERP experience required; SAP experience is highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Experience: Electrical components Manufacturing consumables Critical spare parts Semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries What’s in It for You?
