Arceus is building the AI-native law firm for the next generation of category-defining companies. We help fast-moving companies move contracts through legal at record speed with transparency, predictable pricing, and exceptional quality. We are hiring a Founding Business Development Rep to accelerate our go-to-market motion. You will prospect, source pipeline, and own driving qualified pipeline end-to-end. We have extremely high ambitions. You should too. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Day 7: You're onboarded and started running outbound Day 14: You are booking qualified meetings Day 30: You are increasing the number of qualified meetings booked per week Day 60: You have contributed to our repeatable sales motion and are consistently generating pipeline

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

We have an extraordinarily high bar and expect relentless, consistent execution. You are expected to show up every day with urgency, ownership, and a positive attitude and deliver results consistently. Own qualified pipeline generation that translates into revenue Run high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn Prospect and qualify leads while finding creative ways to consistently book meetings Build tight feedback loops that improve our messaging, targeting, and outbound motion Continuously find ways to move faster, raise the quality bar, and generate more pipeline We ask a lot because we are building an exceptional company and sales organization. EXPERIENCE

1–2 years selling at a high-growth startup, ideally with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota You are relentless, will work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (yes, including weekends) You thrive in an environment with an exceptionally high bar, where everyone is expected to go above and beyond You own outcomes from start to finish and have a track record of never dropping the ball You are exceptionally organized and disciplined You move at an incredible pace and have insane urgency to deliver results You respond to setbacks with resilience, resourcefulness, and a determination to find a way (Bonus) Experience selling into startups, founders, or operations buyers
