General Manager (Victra) Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to consistently deliver results for Every Guest. Responsibilities Build, develop, and mentor your sales team. Coach the team through sales processes. Attract and retain top‑caliber employees. Serve as a brand advocate. Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service goals. Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store. Ensure store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time. Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives. Maintain store performance through inventory compliance. Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports. Develop innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on existing customer base. Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other functions. Manage guest escalations and provide timely resolutions. Communicate company objectives and priorities clearly to team members and follow up. Stay up to date with new sales promotions to provide a complete solution to guests. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment. Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment. Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team. Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Minimum 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation Base rate of $21.00 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. Physical Requirements Ability to lift ten pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All General Managers must complete the 4‑day New Hire University program within 30 days of start date, and a 3‑day General Manager University program within 30 days of completing NHU. Additional online and computer‑based training may be required throughout employment.
