Description

• Conduct assessments of patients across inpatient and outpatient environments and create customized treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
