Independent Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, LPC- Nevada- Remote

Position Summary We are looking for a Licensed Therapist or Counselor (LPC, LCSW) to provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients remotely via telemedicine to patients of our Community Health Center partners throughout Nevada. This role is a “say‑yes” first clinical provider focused on delivering care wherever patients are and guiding them toward recovery and stabilization. Key Areas Of Ownership Provide evidence‑based patient care modalities (CBT, DBT, Solution‑Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Bereavement/Grief Counseling, etc.) in individual and group settings. Implement treatment modalities and engage patients in their care plans. Review, sign, and maintain patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents in a timely manner; keep complete clinic records. Document all services and patient activities in compliance with clinical best practices, contracts, regulatory and legal requirements. Conduct crisis interventions for individuals and families following safety plans. Participate in regular case planning with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient disposition. Engage in individual and group supervision, ongoing education, in‑services, training, and competency assessments. Provide case‑management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Active, unrestricted mental health license in your primary state of residence and Nevada (required for services). Comfortable working in a remote environment. Patient‑first mindset. Physical Requirements Prolonged sitting for extended periods during working hours. Manual dexterity for computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents. Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence. Good hearing for phone calls or virtual meetings.
