• Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine; ACLS, ATLS, PALS (as applicable)

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rates: $300–$325/hr based on location
• Additional pay: Sign-on bonus of up to $12,000 (ND); travel expenses covered (TX)

What You'll Do

• Provide urgent/emergency care in high-volume trauma and non-trauma settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and treat patients
• Manage and document patient care using electronic medical records (Cerner, Allscripts, MedHost)
• Lead and support clinical staff; ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Handle a variety of patient presentations, including trauma, stroke, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies
• Participate in shift handovers, discharge planning, and collaboration with specialists
• Uphold the hospital's mission of high-quality, compassionate patient care

What You Need

• MD or DO with current board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Valid medical license for the state of practice
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications (as required for each location)
• 1-2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
