Administrative Specialist, Research Integrity and Compliance

The Administrative Specialist provides higher-level administrative and specialized program support for the USF Research, CARE (Compliance Analytics, Risk and Ethics), Research Integrity and Compliance (RIC) programs. This position supports administrative, operational, and compliance-related activities across CARE/RIC and functions as a shared administrative resource for the team. The role performs a wide range of administrative and program support duties, including coordinating meetings and calendars, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, supporting training, assisting with meetings and record keeping, and facilitating document routing, signature workflows, and administrative follow-up. The position requires the use of judgment, discretion, and strong organizational skills and supports leadership, program staff, and internal and external partners. This position typically reports to an Assistant Director and supports CARE, Research Integrity, and Compliance program operations. The Administrative Specialist performs a variety of administrative duties ranging from general office support to complex administrative coordination and compliance documentation. This is a higher-level office support position within the USF Research CARE requiring advanced administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard desktop applications.
