Our agency opened in 1990 and has grown into a team of six with many long-tenured team members who truly feel like family. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the military and later worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and customer service. I love the outdoors and am fortunate to live near the ocean. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me surfing, cycling, or enjoying time outside. Giving back is very important to me, and our agency stays actively involved in the community by supporting local events and working with organizations like Habitat for Humanity. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Wade Davis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
