About Our Agency: I've been an agent for 8.5 years and have spent a total of 33.5 years with State Farm. We currently have a team of nine, and our culture is friendly, laid-back, and growth-focused. Our team brings over 104 years of combined experience to the table, and we're passionate about helping people protect and grow their assets. Role Description: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kelly O'Brien - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
