Customer Service Specialist

3+ month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on performance. Schedule:

1. st Shift: Start between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, end between 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
2. nd Shift: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (+$1.00/hour shift differential)

Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a flex day off during the week Russell Tobin is hiring Customer Service Specialists for a top client in the financial services industry. We're looking for customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and account-related requests. Use multiple computer systems to document and resolve customer inquiries. Provide professional and empathetic customer support. Meet productivity and quality expectations. Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, food service, banking, or similar. Comfortable working with multiple computer applications. Dependable attendance. Available to work onsite and every other Saturday.
