Your responsibilities include:Managing daily construction operations on siteReading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and project layoutsDelegating tasks and monitoring crew performanceCoordinating with Project Manager on scheduling and material needsEnsuring all work meets company standards for quality and safetyOperating and maintaining construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)Tracking job progress and documenting work with our app-based systemWhat We're Looking ForExperience: 2+ years as a Landscape Construction Foreman or similar leadership roleSkills: Ability to read plans, install irrigation, install steel edging, and basic welding techniquesEquipment Operation: Comfortable using skid steers, mini-excavators, and power toolsLeadership: Strong ability to train and manage a crewPhysical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditionsCredentials: Valid driver's license, clean criminal record, E-Verify compliantBonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plusWho Thrives HereProblem solvers who take ownership of their projectsOrganized and detail-oriented leadersPeople who want to build a career in high-end landscapingReady to Build With Us?Apply today and join a team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and growth.
