Job Summary: As a Transportation Engineering Intern, you’ll work alongside our talented team to tackle complex transportation challenges and develop forward-thinking solutions that enhance community connectivity. This is the perfect opportunity for you if you’re passionate about making a difference through problem-solving and innovative planning. Key Responsibilities: Assist preparing maps, and creating clear, compelling graphics to support project needs. Be introduced to tools like Vistro, GIS, Sidra, Synchro, and SimTraffic to perform traffic impact studies and transportation analyses. Conduct parking demand, occupancy, and shared parking studies to help projects optimize parking solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative transportation solutions. Become up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project success. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong interest in transportation planning and engineering. Exposure to data analysis and GIS tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for solving transportation challenges.
