This is a remote, outside sales role with a high-performing territory and a substantial, uncapped commission plan — the base is only the starting point, and top performers earn well beyond it. It is a great fit for a seasoned business development professional who thrives on complex, multi-stakeholder deals and wants to be rewarded for results. Our Sports & Parks division has built a portfolio of nationally recognized, award-winning athletic facilities. Proven volume, in-house expertise, and control of the work on the ground let us move fast and make the decisions that protect quality and margin early. Grow an established territory, prospect consistently, and expand the pipeline. Full sales cycle. Design-build value. Lead pursuit teams with Estimating, Design, and Operations through RFQs, RFPs, and public bids. Sales goals. Meet and exceed annual targets, with an accurate CRM pipeline and forecast. Stay connected through delivery and turn completed projects into referrals and repeat work. 5+ years closing complex B2B deals.

• Credibility with end users, executives, elected boards, and design professionals.
• Ideally, design-build, sports surfacing, turf, or parks sales; Strong time management and CRM habits while working remotely.
• 50–60% in territory, including overnights. Uncapped, performance-based commission built to reward experienced closers. Your earnings grow with every project you win.
