Packaging Associate A manufacturing company in Fairview, PA is seeking Packaging Associates to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Team members will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and packaging finished products while helping ensure quality standards are met and customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently. - Package finished products according to company specifications
- Sort and inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Monitor product quality and remove defective items
- Assist with production line operations as needed
- Prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors
- Assist with other production and packaging duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to read and write English
- Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Full Time
- $14-16/hr
- Both 1st and 2nd shift available
- Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
- Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
