What You'll Be Doing as the Commercial Property Manager

No two days are exactly alike! You'll be actively involved in the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, including regular site visits and interaction with tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with tenants, clients, and vendors through responsive, professional communication.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of commercial office, retail, and/or industrial properties.
• Regularly visit assigned properties to ensure quality standards are maintained and operational issues are addressed proactively.
• Coordinate vendor services and follow through to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Code and approve property invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Route invoices through assigned approval workflows.
• Prepare and process tenant bill-backs.
• Assist the Senior Property Manager with annual operating budgets.
• Monitor expenses and help manage properties within approved budgets throughout the year.
• Assist with Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and help resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Support administrative reporting, documentation, and general property operations.

Qualified candidates will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of commercial property management experience, either as a Commercial Property Manager or as a seasoned Assistant Property Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Property Manager role.
• Working knowledge of commercial accounting principles, budgeting, and invoice processing.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology.
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local property visits.
