WHAT YOU'LL DO

•      Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across Central Texas

•      Serve as the primary contact for property owners and tenants — building trust at every touchpoint

•      Prepare, market, and list rental homes on MLS, social media, and company platforms

•      Partner with our in-house maintenance, leasing, and inspection teams to keep everything running smoothly

•      Keep accurate records and stay organized through AppFolio and other platforms

•      Grow genuine, lasting relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

•      Active Texas Real Estate License (required)

•      Experience in real estate or property management (preferred)

•      Working knowledge of MLS systems and property marketing

•      Sharp organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

•      A professional presence with genuine people skills — you enjoy the relationship side of this work

•      Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

•      Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed
