Registered Nurse (RN) Patient Care Coordinator - PCU/ICU

Hiring Bonus Offered We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. Responsibilities Provide shift‑to‑shift leadership and support the unit operations, ensuring high quality patient care and customer service. Manage scheduling, staffing, and organizational tasks for the unit. Collaborate with bedside nurses to care for patients with cardiac, bipap, vasoactive drips, and surgical/medical needs. Exercise authority and autonomy to meet clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school (NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) or three years of related professional nursing experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana, listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). 2+ years RN experience within or related to the specialty area preferred. Excellent relationship, communication, and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and calm demeanor. Strong multitasking, organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
