Job Opportunity

Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery has an excellent opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator available within our Plastic Surgery clinic. The PCC is responsible for scheduling all surgeries, quoting cosmetic surgeries, obtaining payments for surgeries, and other duties.

Requirements:

• Maintains excellent customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with peers in team situations.
• Strong computer and telephone skills.
• Organized and very detail oriented.
• Work with physicians on preferences for surgeries and pre-op testing.
• Billing surgeries and applying payments
• High school diploma or GED equivalent. (Required)
• Associate degree or higher (Preferred)
• Two years of surgery scheduling experience. (Required)
• Clear understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of the healthcare industry.
