General Production WorkerThe General Production Worker plays a crucial role in supporting daily production operations by preparing, packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products. This position demands attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesWrap finished product rolls in accordance with company quality standards.Affix accurate product labels to completed rolls.Palletize finished rolls safely and in an organized manner.Stretch wrap pallets for storage and shipment.Inspect products for quality and report any defects or discrepancies.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.Operate a forklift when certified and authorized (preferred but not required).Essential SkillsManufacturing or production experience.Ability to learn and adapt quickly after training and follow standard operating procedures.Good attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.Forklift operation and production line experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus.Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.Why Work Here?This position offers an exciting growth opportunity, as it is an entry-level role within the facility with potential for direct hire and cross-training in various areas. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
