Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $30.30 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Tue: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Fri: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and public emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, offices, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report access concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to post instructions. Maintain an armed presence in accordance with Allied Universal post orders, licensing requirements, and training, using sound judgment and professionalism during routine duties and escalated situations. Minimum Requirements Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent. MUST BE retired Law Enforcement with RPO. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
