Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site operations for single-family residential projects, ensuring all work meets company standards and local building codes Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve construction challenges, refine work procedures, and address client concerns Keep Project Managers updated on daily job-site progress and schedule changes Communicate updates on scope, schedules, and site logistics to trades and field personnel Ensure proper sequencing of work and adherence to project plans Oversee site safety, organization, and quality control throughout construction Qualifications 3+ years of single family residential remodeling experience 1+ year in a supervisory or lead carpenter role Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints (structural knowledge preferred) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and workflow management Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and best practices Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive salary: $43-$72/hour, depending on experience (Equivalent to approximately $90K-$150Kannually based on full-time hours) Simple IRA with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible paid time off (PTO + sick days), increasing with tenure Opportunities to build award-winning projects EEO Statement JRP Design & Remodel provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
