Job DescriptionCoordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time serviceDevelop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partnersNegotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service qualityMonitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely mannerCollaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activitiesProvide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team membersAssist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assignedSupport administrative tasks and reporting requested by managementPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsBilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and KoreaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent sales and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferredSupervisory experience preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
