Medical Scribe

Peachtree Spine & Sports Physicians is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Scribe to support our providers across multiple clinic locations. The Clinical Scribe will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to accurately document patient encounters, improve workflow efficiency, and help deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced specialty medical environment. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in healthcare who are looking to gain hands‑on clinical experience in orthopedics, spine care, sports medicine, pain management, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities Document patient visits in real time within the electronic medical record (EMR) system (EPIC) Accurately record patient history, physical exams, assessments, procedures, and treatment plans as dictated by providers Prepare patient charts prior to appointments and ensure all documentation is complete Assist providers with maintaining efficient patient flow throughout clinic hours Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to support daily operations Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Maintain strict HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Travel between clinic locations as needed Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred Previous medical scribe, medical assistant, or healthcare experience preferred Strong typing, computer, and documentation skills Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred (EPIC) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced clinical environment Strong communication and professionalism Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations Interest in healthcare, sports medicine, orthopedics, or patient care strongly preferred Schedule Full‑time Monday–Friday Clinic hours may vary by location Competitive pay, paid time off, and medical benefits Opportunities for growth and advancement Hands‑on experience working directly with providers Supportive team environment Exposure to multiple specialties and clinical settings About Peachtree Spine & Sports Physicians Peachtree Spine & Sports Physicians is a multidisciplinary practice focused on delivering exceptional spine, orthopedic, sports medicine, and rehabilitation care throughout the metro Atlanta area.
