Administrative Assistant

Job Full Description

Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant that can start part time and work their way to full-time hours as they learn about the industry and take on more responsibility.

Wage: $20.00 an hour


Work Schedule: 8am-12pm or 9am-1pm Monday-Friday Part time to start

Job Duties:

• Answer phones and schedule appts. for job site walk thru's,
• Computer work on word and excel and QuickBooks and working with pdf files and learning the company's computer system, customer service
• working with project manager and owner on projects and requests
• uploading photos of projects
• sending follow up emails for project manager
• Filing
• sorting mail
• doing tsheets for job costing in QuickBooks
• doing some inventory
• Take administrative tasks off other office staff so they can focus on larger responsibilities

Environment:

• The environment is pretty casual, but individuals will need to be professional with customers and ability to deal with a variety of personalities in a professional manner.
• Individual needs to be able to work independently and be a problem solver
