What You'll Do

● As a Manifest Attorney, you guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives and carry matters forward to the outcome they need. Owning a matter from handoff through final submission, building the legal strategy, and managing every milestone.

● The opportunity to work across a variety of immigration cases or focus on your specialty — H-1B, PERM, L-1A/B, and TN , along with E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, and EB-2 NIW — clients could range from funded startups to large enterprises, with complexity and autonomy that scale with your experience.

● In a strategic consulting capacity: use your legal judgment to assess which prospects have legitimate cases, build trust quickly, and set honest, clear expectations.

● In a case management (production) capacity: manage the client relationship through the life of the case and work with the paralegals in your team on document collection, organization, and filing logistics so your time stays on strategy and outcomes.

● Advise clients directly on petition strategy, RFE response, and compliance obligations — including managing high-volume employer accounts, HR contacts, and deadlines.

● Use Manifest's AI tools and technology to support case quality and efficiency in either mode — not as a shortcut, but as a genuine performance multiplier.

What We're Looking For

● J.D. and active U.S. bar admission

● Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration, including NIV and IV matters – Ideally, PERM, H-1B, L-1A/B, and TN, alongside E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, and EB-2 NIW

● Clear, confident communication — you explain complex legal concepts in plain language and make HR contacts and beneficiaries feel supported

● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy — you document thoroughly and hand off cleanly

● Comfort in a high-cadence environment with real volume expectations

Mid-Senior Level Associate (Yrs 4–7)

● Focus: Hands-on with high volume employment based cases, for example H-1B, PERM, and/or intracompany-transfer experience; comfort working directly with HR contacts; proactive ownership approach.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Manifest is a remote-first firm, and this role is open to candidates in the United States. The good-faith salary range for this position is $130K - $195K USD . This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience, education, and skills, as well as the specific scope of the role. Candidates outside of the United States are welcome to apply, and compensation will be assessed according to regional models.
