In this role, you will be ensuring the seamless flow of goods, with a primary focus on international export compliance, master data maintenance (Part Set-up), and ERP system accuracy. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with hands‑on logistics experience to optimize our shipping processes and maintain 100% compliance with international regulations. Key Responsibilities Export Compliance & Documentation – Ensure full adherence to international trade regulations, ITAR, and EAR. Assign Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes, Schedule B classifications, and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) for all products. Serve as contact for freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely, compliant shipments. Part Set‑up & Master Data Management – Create, maintain, and update part numbers, descriptions, and attributes within the ERP system. Ensure accuracy of critical trade data fields, including Country of Origin, Weight, Dimensions, and ECCNs in the system database. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and purchasing departments to ensure accurate, timely part setups for new products. Operational Logistics & Coordination – Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and troubleshooting delays. Utilize ERP logistics modules to monitor and manage shipment accuracy. Requirements / Qualifications Experience: 2‑3 years in logistics, export compliance, or international shipping. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred. ERP Proficiency: Strong working experience with ERP systems. Compliance Knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of U.S. Export Regulations (EAR/ITAR) and Incoterms. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. U.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Pay Range We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
